Refund Policy

At Little Daisy Crafts, we work extremely hard to ensure we are creating the most beautiful and bespoke designs for you to celebrate and share with family and friends on your special day!

We take the time to closely inspect all of our designs and print quality before packaging; however, if you do decide to cancel your order, please be aware of the refund policy details for each product type.

Pre-designed Stationery

After receiving your proof, we can fully refund your order, however, there will be a £15.00 design time fee. After proofs are approved by you, we unfortunately can not refund your order. Little Daisy Crafts does not accept any responsibility for errors (i.e. misspelled wording) after final proof is approved. A fee will be charged for any reprints. Avoid disappointment by double checking your design before approving.

Bespoke/Custom orders

We always want to ensure our custom orders for you are perfect and exactly as you imagined which is why we spend a lot of time and care getting the design right. We require a 50% deposit upfront before the design stage is carried out. This deposit is non-refundable after the proof has been approved by you.
