Pre-designed Stationery

Select your order

Simply select your order from the product page, choosing your quantity along with any extras (if applicable) and customise your design using our easy form input fields. Click 'add to cart' once ready.

Proof email

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email from us. This email will hold all of the information you have provided previously. If you notice anything you have missed, email us right away. We may need to email you before beginning the proof to confirm design areas (for example, if you have requested a different paper size). We will then begin your proof and send via email within 4-5 working days.

Proof signoff

Once we have forwarded you your proof, we require sign off from you to move to the next stage. You can amend your design 'two times' after the initial proof is sent. After this, there will be an additional cost for amendments. This is due to projects being time sensitive so we recommend that once you receive your proof, all elements are double checked before signing off to avoid this.

Send to print

Once we have proof sign off, your order will be sent to print immediately. Please bare in mind that after your design is approved and sent to print, your order is non-refundable. The owner must accept full responsibility for any errors (i.e. misspelled wording) at this stage as the design has been approved by you for production. In the case of an error, a charge will occur for a reprint.

Hand-finished

This is the stage we love. We will carry out our craftsmanship and make the final touches to your order before packaging and preparing for shipment. This is the longer stage of our process however we pride ourselves in our quick turnarounds.

Shipped to you

Once prepped, we will ship your order directly to you. We will email you a tracking number allowing you to observe your shipment's estimated arrival. If your order has not reached you, please visit the carrier's website initially and enter your tracking number to trace your order. For more info, visit our shipping page.

Enquiry Form

We would love to collaborate with you to design the perfect stationery for your special day so please get in touch. You can use the 'enquiry form' located here to share your ideas. Don't worry if you don't have a specific idea of what you want, we can help - that's what we are here for! Otherwise, if you do have an idea in mind, we ask kindly if you could include quantity, envelope choice, event date, time, address etc and any specific customisations (e.g. different paper size, wedding sign post design). Click send and that's you.

Gathering requirements

Once we've received your enquiry, we will be in touch as soon as possible to gather your requirements, either by email or phone. We typically get in touch within 2 working days of receiving your enquiry.

Project quote/timeframes

Once all requirements have been gathered, a quote is prepared based on your design needs and quantities. An estimated project timeframe will also be prepared and sent to you. We ask that you respond to our email as soon as possible so we can schedule in your custom order if you are happy to proceed.

Proof/sign off

We will begin your proof (based on timeframe - normally started within 3 weeks of gathering all requirements) and send to you. We then require sign off from you to move to the next stage. You can amend your design 'two times' after the initial proof is sent. After this, there will be an additional cost for amendments. Send to print/hand-finished

Your order will be sent to print immediately after proof sign off. After print, the final touches to your order are made by us before packaging and preparing for shipment.
